Dispatch and delivery

Remember to order your Fridge Frames by Friday the 19th of December to be eligible for free delivery! Paid delivery will still be avaliable until the Tuesday 23rd of December.

Usually, when you place an order, we will dispatch your frames within 24 hours. Delivery will then be within 1-4 working days depending on which delivery option you've chosen.

Sometimes - for example when we are low on stock - dispatch may take a little longer. However, we will always keep you informed via email and you can sign in to your account to get the very latest information.

And remember - many order qualify for free delivery!

Can you send you Fridge Frames back?

Well, we really hope you don't need to but, if you're not entirely happy with the Fridge Frames when they arrive, then we will take them back without any fuss.

All we ask is that you return the Fridge Frames in the same state as they arrived. You will need to pay the cost of postage for the returns and it is your responsibility to make sure the Fridge Frames get back to us. We cannot provide a refund until we have the goods back.

Of course, you still have you complete statutory rights.

What if the goods I have ordered are faulty or I have been sent the wrong item?

If your Fridge Frames arrived damaged or we send the wrong things, please give us a call (01491 822 697) and we will send out a label to cover the cost of returning the items. We will also provide - at our cost - like-for-like replacement of the faulty or missing goods.
